Veolia, the recycling and waste management contractor for Telford & Wrekin Council, is reminding residents to give their feedback on the borough’s kerbside collection and Household Recycling Centre services.
This year bin crews have come to the forefront of people’s minds as they worked to keep rubbish off the street during the Covid-19 lockdown. Members of the public were quick to show their appreciation for the work that our bin men and women do on a daily basis.
With combined recycling and garden waste tonnages increasing by more than 300% during the summer in Telford and Wrekin, staff worked in unprecedented circumstances to deliver these services. This is your chance to have your say about the service you have received, what is being done well and what could be better.
Steve Mitchell, Director West for Veolia said: “We are always striving to improve the way we deliver our services and it is crucial for us to gain feedback from residents, so we can plan to improve both the service we provide and the quality of the recycling we collect.”
