Christmas & New Year Collection Day Changes

This year across Telford & Wrekin, everyone’s bin collection days will change over the festive period, some may be early and some may be late so residents are encouraged to check their calendar to be sure they don't miss getting their containers emptied.  To sign up for a weekly email reminder visit www.telford.gov.uk/bindayfinder. 

The changes start Saturday 24th December 2022 and end on Saturday 7th January 2023. Collections will return to normal from Monday 9th January 2023.  (Note these are the same as stated on the annual collection calendar).

 

 

The Household Recycling Centres will be open as normal, 9am to 5pm, k. apart from Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day when they will be closed. For more info on what you can recycle on site please visit www.telford.gov.uk/hrc.
